Two years ago after a long planting season, I found that I had “popped” bulbs of garlic left over and what I didn't’t have was much cash to make it through the winter. I started experimenting with making garlic jelly.

The result of my efforts is three varieties of garlic jelly, all based on the same theme, great garlic.

Our garlic Jelly basket contains one of each of the jellies nestled in a basket created and signed by a local Amish family.  One of our brochures is included and all of this is packed in garlic skins.  If this is to be a gift, tell us where to send it and we will sign your name to the gift card.

Ingredients: Sugar, vinegar, garlic, pectin, water and red or chipotle pepper.
